The aim of this plugin is, to keep track if you are meeting your service levels. 1. Provide Summary of Reaction Times, Project Based Issue Counts and so on 2. Define different service levels for different users and provide tickers/reminders if there are problems (maybe in combination with the Reminder Plguin) Made in Ethiopia!
